Back Office Medical Assistant
Duties:
- Transcribe chart notes in the exam room with the provider including documenting medical histories using Epic.
- Must be proficient in typing and spelling.
-Must know medical terminology.
-Must be proficient with Epic.
Eventually candidate will provide the following services:
- Assist with patient care by preparing patients for examinations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Back Office Medical Assistant.
- Previous experience using Epic EMR
- Proficiency in medical terminology and knowledge of medical administrative procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional patient service.
