## Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a critical thinker, and an independent problem solver. The successful candidate will be capable of handling a variety of tasks efficiently including but not limited to schedule management, travel arrangements, and the coordination of the services of a variety of professionals.
This position is NOT remote.
## Duties
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Type documents as needed
- Support project coordination and follow-up on action items
-A variety of one-time challenges such as fine-tuning the phone system and refunds for over payments.
## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Managerial experience in a medical environment.
- Previous project coordination experience
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University.
