We are looking for a Project Manager for our growing Commercial Painting Company! This role will be responsible for ensuring jobs are efficiently run, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Create and execute project work plans and revise as needed
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project
- Review sites for upcoming jobs to determine the readiness
- Contact customers weekly to receive change orders for all COR’s sent.
- Complete all monthly bills on time and accurately.
- Account for status on all projects to accurately complete monthly Work in Progress.
- Approve all A/P invoices
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Hiring of new field employees
- Annual reviews for all field employees
What You Bring
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager preferred
- Ability to lead by example
- Stellar organization skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong Computer Skills a Plus!
- Willingness to work occasional Saturdays
