Certification Details BLS ASCP (preferred) Job Details General job duties include procedures in Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Serology, Micro, Blood Bank (automated and gel), Phlebotomy, and Molecular Diagnostics. Equipment utilized includes Roche diagnostics, Abbott laboratories, IL ACL Top, Radiometer, Ortho Diagnostics, Siemens Clinitek, Beckman Coulter, Cepheid GeneXpert, and Mediware for blood bank. Required skills include 1.5 years of Phlebotomy experience and Mediware experience. Job Requirements ASCP (preferred, but will take AMT) BLS Schedule Information Possibility of working alone on the evening shift and will work alone on the night shift. Unit Specific Information Will work in all departments - Micro will be plating and gram staining unless experienced in identification. Additional Details 1.5 years experience BLS EPIC Experience REQUIRED ASCP (preferred) or AMT? NDBCLP Mediware experience strongly preferred.
