Experience the beauty of the outdoors while contributing to a thriving community! Salish Trails, a picturesque RV and Campground Park nestled on the Olympic Peninsula, is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as a Guest Services Representative - Work Camper.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable camping experiences for our guests. You'll be the friendly face of Salish Trails, welcoming campers, answering their questions, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly, provide information about the campground and surrounding area, and set the tone for their visit.
- Efficiently handle guest registration, process payments, and issue keys or campsite assignments.
- Manage incoming reservations, confirm details, and address any reservation-related concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with campground maintenance and upkeep, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for all.
- Participate in team activities and collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth campground operations.
Work Camper Benefits:
