Jamestown/North American Parking (NAP) is seeking an Administrative Assistant - Ancillary Revenue candidate within the Atlanta region. NAP is an active parking management firm in the region and across multiple states.
The Administrative Assistant - Ancillary Revenue performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties necessary to assist the organization at multiple locations. This position is supervised by the SVP of Ancillary Revenue. Position responsibilities include the following:

- Act in accordance with the organization’s policies, goals, objectives, and core values.
- Ensure that all tasks are performed within established guidelines to exceed expectations for efficiency, quality, and timeliness.
- Support the executive ancillary revenue and parking management team including the SVP of Ancillary Revenue with day-to-day administrative duties.
- Process and route mail for the department.
- Ensure Ancillary Revenue invoices are gathered and processed in a timely manner.
- Assist in managing workflow for the ancillary revenue staff including parking managers.
- Liaison with HR to schedule interviews and assist with processing and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain and update employee contact information on phone lists, titles, quick lists, etc.
- Maintain and update all Vendor and Tenant contact and insurance information
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Code and process all corporate invoices in a timely manner and effectively communicate with the accounting team
- Assist with travel schedules and coordination of calendars for supervisory staff.
- Assist with coordination of meeting calendars for supervisory staff.
- Basic administrative duties.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Ensure office presentation is always professional.
- Assist in conference room set ups for large gatherings or supervisory staff meetings.
- Develop and maintain positive relations with tenants, guests and vendors.
- Other responsibilities as requested.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and planning skills required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service focus.
- Ability to competently utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Able to lift up to 20 pounds
