Your role will involve coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This position involves a mix of advisory and execution projects and requires someone who can navigate complicated organizational structures, be highly organized, and responsive in a timely manner. Essential Job Functions
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and oversee their execution to ensure successful project delivery.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and develop relationship with clients, maintaining open and effective communication to manage expectations and address any issues or concerns.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and with clients, including those from large tech, retail, and investment firms, to ensure all project components are aligned and progressing according to plan.
- Project Operations: Develop communication strategy aligned with client needs; liaise with internal teams for account support; onboarding and documentation of best practices.
- Organizational Navigation: Effectively navigate and manage interactions within complicated organizational structures of both our company and client organizations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor project progress and conduct regular site visits to ensure work meets company standards and client specifications.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular project updates, status reports, and documentation to clients and senior management.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources efficiently, ensuring that project requirements are met without exceeding budget constraints.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure all projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Timely Responsiveness: Maintain responsiveness to client inquiries and project needs, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Education and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, consulting or real estate
- Any combination of education, training, or experience that provide the candidate with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace tools and apps
- Knowledge of real estate and the built environment
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and dynamics
- Proven track record of successfully managing real estate development projects or consulting engagements.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software
- Strong organizational skills and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Ability to be responsive and manage timelines effectively.
Salary : $145,000 - $175,000
