JAMHI Health & Wellness, Inc. is seeking a mission-driven and dedicated Case Manager who can help our organization thrive as we help people live their own best lives as they navigate through concurrent behavioral health services and treatment court enrollment. Our Case Manager should be comfortable working closely with clients to empower them in a direction of independence. They will manage their time well to provide in-person and outreach care for clients and be able to complete all documentation to standard in required time limits. Case Managers will need to be comfortable setting professional boundaries while still being empathetic and friendly toward clients. They will demonstrate unconditional positive regard for people in all different walks of life and will meet and support clients where they are.
Pay rates offered are determined based on a standardized scale that considers relevant experience and education.
Minimum Qualifications:
Case Manager I ($22.97-$29.67)
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of experience providing direct service in the field of human services OR one year of experience providing direct services with persons experiencing severe mental illness and co-occurring disorders.
Case Manager II ($26.74 - $34.53)
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related human service field
- Four years of experience experience working providing direct services with persons experiencing severe mental illness and co-occurring disorders can substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Personal experience with addiction and recovery, including experience with the court system.
- A CDC 1 or a Peer Support Specialist Certificate.
All JAMHI positions require the ability to pass a criminal background check in accordance with the current state regulation requirements and a valid Alaska driver’s license and be able to clear the JAMHI auto insurance screening through the independent insurance carrier and/or if driving
