About the Role :
As a Sales Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of law firm clients. You'll play a crucial role in understanding their unique needs and connecting them with our high-quality Virtual Assistant services. This involves :
- Cultivating and expanding client relationships : Building rapport, understanding their business challenges, and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Driving revenue growth : Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts and proactively pursuing new business.
