Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Consultant located in Tulsa, OK. The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for leases, resident retention, communication, lease administration, and customer service. The communities range from 56 units to 432 units. Leasing consultants may be required to float and provide help to other sites as needed.
Qualifications
- Leases and Lease Administration skills
- Bilingual strongly preferred
- Resident Retention and Customer Service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in property management is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree is a plus
