Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (“Jamison”) is currently seeking a qualified and motivated candidate for the position of Administrative Support Services. The contractor shall perform work at the primary location at 1335 East-West Highway, Silver Spring, MD, or other Federal Facilities within the Metropolitan area.

Job Title: Administrative Support Services - Silver Springs, MD

Duties and Responsibilities:
The following are summary descriptions of the requirements of this performance work statement that
include, but is not limited to:

  • Program Planning and Analysis Support - Administrative/Operational Support – Perform processing, scanning, and indexing/filing of all contract deliverables and Call Orders; archive paper files; assist with documentation for ordering supplies, preparing folders and filing; provide general office administrative tasks. Answer Office phones and direct calls as appropriate for incoming calls and handle outgoing contact requests.
  • Technical Support - Develop and maintain spreadsheets of ongoing projects. Coordinate with the staff to obtain updates on projects on a continuing basis, Track project status on a daily/weekly basis utilizing spreadsheets for Microsoft Projects; Assist with updating individual project schedules; Prepare and format documents in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Assist with typing or editing documents; Maintain project-related and workforce related files.
  • Property Inventory Support for contractors serving as Property Contacts. Inventory support with duties that require entering and processing accountable personal property within the Personal Property Management System (PPMS).

High School diploma or equivalent
