Jammin' Community Cafe' is an integral part of the Princeton Public Library community and an extension of the Farm to Table fast casual menu from Jammin' Crepes creperie, located just down the street. Our emphasis is on seasonal Farm to table ingredients in our grab-n-go menu, crepes, fresh baked goods and local coffee.
Jammin' Community Cafe', is hiring a Food Service Manager for a small Cafe' servicing the Princeton Public Library.
The Cafe' Manager will be responsible for the management of the daily operations of the Cafe', managing a small team of employees, scheduling, customer service and coordination of product & other resources to ensure optimal operations.
The Cafe' Manager will be the primary liaison between the Cafe' and Jammin' Crepes to best manage customer expectations, product control & management of Cafe space and team.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- A fixed schedule of 30 to 35 hours that includes a Minimum of ONE WEEKEND day and FOUR WEEKDAYS. There is some flexibility in establishing which days are worked.
- Coordination with Jammin’ Crepes kitchen to ensure adequate product inventory, timely deliveries, feedback on product and overall Customer Service satisfaction.
- Counter service, food assembly & facilities maintenance as well as hiring, training, scheduling & overall supervision of Cafe' staff.
- Work with owners to promote and market special event services as related to the Cafe'
- Other responsibilities as related to Cafe' Operations
