Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a role model to other employees and ensure that they adhere to company standards and policies.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
- Maintain accurate records of employee performance, attendance, and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to develop and implement menus, promotions, and special events.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Two years' experience in a restaurant establishment preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
