Housekeeping/Laundry Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough cleaning of all areas of the residence, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Manage and maintain the cleanliness and organization of all floors, including hard floors and carpets
- Clean and sanitize all fixtures, appliances, and surfaces, including kitchen and bathroom areas
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as cleaning of windows, blinds, and ceiling fans
- Handle special requests and tasks as needed
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and provide a high level of satisfaction for our residents
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning goals
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols
- Keep all cleaning equipment and supplies organized and in good condition
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Experience in custodial services or housekeeping
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness
- Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies as needed
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle special requests and tasks as needed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience in residential cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of housekeeping management and commercial cleaning is preferred
- Experience in carpet cleaning is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $11.50 per hour
