Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of our equipment and facilities. Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance
- Conduct electrical repairs and maintenance on low-voltage systems
- Analyze equipment and systems to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures
- Work with industrial electricians to troubleshoot and repair complex electrical systems
- Program logic controllers and troubleshoot PLC-related issues
- Use a voltmeter to test electrical systems and ensure they are functioning properly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
- Perform other maintenance duties as assigned by management
Skills
- Experience in maintenance and repair
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform maintenance tasks in a physically demanding environment
- Compliance with safety regulations and protocols
-Working in Nursing Home setting
-Experience with plumbing, HVAC, is a plus
