What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Relations Associate position at Jan-Pro Detroit?
JAN-PRO Detroit is seeking a full-time member of our team to work as a Customer Relations Associate. We are looking for an outgoing, positive person to help support our clients by inspecting the work of our Certified Business Owners and their employees. This person will help Jan-Pro operations and customer service run smoothly. Must be an outgoing person, comfortable using technology and interacting with all stakeholders. Must have reliable transportation. This position is full-time, working between the hours of 9:00a-5:00p Monday through Friday. Most of this position is spent out of the office on the road inspecting!
$20/ hour, with use of a Jan-Pro company vehicle during work hours. All full-time employees are eligible for health insurance, life insurance, PTO and a 401(k) with match.
