Description
As the chief ambassador of our franchise system, primary Certified Business Owner (CBO) contact, and integral team member of the Regional Franchise Developer (RFD) team, the Field Services Consultant will provide immersive, front line franchisee support, remaining always accessible to meet the unique demands of the commercial cleaning business and our CBOs. The Field Services Consultant will work on a team collaboratively supporting franchisees within our territory and maintaining relationships with their cleaning clients.
The Field Services Consultant is entrusted with partnering with CBOs to achieve their vision and goals, execute the RFD’s vision and strategy, and uphold the franchise agreement. The Field Services Consultant will serve as a strategic coach and business partner, building trusted relationships and coaching CBOs to maximize their potential. The Field Services Consultant will act as a thought partner to individual CBOs and the franchise network to strengthen their leadership capabilities, foster their growth, and help individual CBOs align their plans to the RFD’s strategies. The Field Services Consultant will also advise CBOs in individual and group settings. The Field Services Consultant will promote collaborative and performance building opportunities among CBOs in the territory.
What Winning Looks Like:
- Ability to collaborate with leadership, your team, and franchise owners.
- Provide quick response and resolution to client concerns.
- Build strong relationships with franchise owners and clients.
- Assist in presenting certification courses to franchise owners.
- Ability to complete all scheduled brand standard audits.
- High levels of account retention month after month.
- Identify and sell value added services to clients.
- Perform audits of cleaning and provide timely feedback to franchise owners.
- Support new client starts with franchise owner client onboarding.
- Most of your time will be outside of the office and 15% in the office.
- Work hours between the hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM M-F.
- Some extended hours and weekends when needed to support franchise owners.
- Passion to help grow business leaders following our model.
- Ability to facilitate meetings with franchise owners and their clients.
Skills Needed to Win:
- Work experience as a business development representative, a sales account executive, a customer service representative, a team leader, or management level experience.
- Ability to actively listen and function in situations of conflict.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience facilitating workshops and experience presenting content.
- Clean driving record required.
- Bonus: Can communicate conversationally in English and Spanish.

Starting Compensation $55,000 plus opportunities for commission, bonuses, and profit sharing.
*Range depends on skill level, overall experience, and performance-based commission
