JAN-PRO Development of Greater Cincinnati / Dayton is looking to hire an Outside Sales Representative to join the team. This position is based in our Blue Ash, OH office.
POSITION SCOPE : Developing a sales territory centered around the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky area, the Outside Sales Representative is responsible for meeting individual Account Sales Objectives. This will involve quoting and closing new clients, generating information pertinent to the market, information involving accounts and competitors, meeting individual quotas and the performance requirements relating to individual and group objectives, as identified by the Sales Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
Attains individual and group Sales objectivesProvides regular updates and information relating to daily activities and account status to the Sales ManagerWorks in cooperation with the Sales Manager to help achieve individual objectivesWorks with the Sales Manager to develop reports to indicate levels of individual and group achievementDevelops and maintains economic and market information documentationAnalyzes, collates and presents information related to current market conditions and competition as requested by the Sales ManagerEstablishes and maintains accurate prospect and customers recordsCooperates and coordinates start-up of new accounts with Operations RepresentativesPrepares and / or reviews new business proposals with accuracy and professionalismMakes recommendations to Sales Manager relating to effective sales methods and techniquesCoordinates start-up of new accounts and develops short and long term relationships with accounts and franchisees as instructed by the Master Owner and Operations RepresentativePerforms other related duties as assignedPREREQUISITE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION :
High school diploma or GED2 years previous experience in sales, telemarketing or administration in sales departmentExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsClear and pleasant telephone mannerKnowledge of MS Office products to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookProficient in the use of the InternetAbility to document detailed and accurate prospect and client information in electronic database.PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS :
