Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for new sales objectives, and closing contracts for new accounts
through self-generated leads.
The Business Development manager will identify market place opportunities, prospect and engage
new clients, develop proposals and manage the contract process.
The ideal candidate will be a strong hunter who is driven to develop and close new business.
He or she needs to have strong sales skills, an understanding of the sales process, strong
communication and organizational skills, and be willing to do telemarketing and cold calls.
The Business Development manager must have experience with cold calling, email marketing and
use of data bases
The individual must be self -motivated and be able to close the deal as well as do the background
work to develop the opportunities
Requirements:
B to B sales experience 3 years
CRM, Excel And Word Capabilities (Required)
Demonstrated business knowledge, perspective and ethical behavior required.
Ability to work unsupervised most of the time.
