Job Description

JAN-PRO of St. Louis is a franchise development company that helps local cleaning companies expand, and grow into professional businesses.

We are looking for a responsible and highly motivated Business Development Manager / Outside Sales who is ready to take on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales. You will be joining a growing company who consistently exceeds growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

 This position is responsible for new sales objectives, and closing contracts for new accounts

through self-generated leads.

 The Business Development manager will identify market place opportunities, prospect and engage

new clients, develop proposals and manage the contract process.

 The ideal candidate will be a strong hunter who is driven to develop and close new business.

 He or she needs to have strong sales skills, an understanding of the sales process, strong

communication and organizational skills, and be willing to do telemarketing and cold calls.

 The Business Development manager must have experience with cold calling, email marketing and

use of data bases

 The individual must be self -motivated and be able to close the deal as well as do the background

work to develop the opportunities

Requirements:

 B to B sales experience 3 years

 CRM, Excel And Word Capabilities (Required)

 Demonstrated business knowledge, perspective and ethical behavior required.

 Ability to work unsupervised most of the time.
