The individual that joins our team will be a self starter with an entrepreneurial mindset that will be responsible for training and support of JAN-PRO Cleaning & Disinfecting Franchisees as they grow their customer account base in the Minneapolis – St. Paul metro area. As a Franchise Business Consultant you will work with franchisees beginning with the initial training and certification program of the JAN-PRO processes and brand standards, coordinate site visits and new customer orientation, ensure that the service levels are meeting standards and are in compliance with brand standards, provide ongoing coaching of franchisees on commercial cleaning practices and customer service techniques, and monitor performance through proactive franchisee audits. The work schedule for this position requires a flexible schedule that includes some night and weekend coverage.
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Operations in preparation and delivery of the Initial Franchise certification
- Recommend solutions and ongoing training to assist franchise owners in improving service levels
- Teach Franchisees the value and benefits of the JAN-PRO brand
- Coordinate business meetings between Franchisees and their customers
- Perform initial customer start ups with Franchise Owners
- Perform regular proactive audits to ensure compliance with Brand Standards
- Provide ‘on-site’ training for new Franchise Owners
- Identify Special Service work opportunities for Franchise Owners
- Resolve customer issues as necessary
- Recognize Franchisees for their exceptional service levels
Required Attributes:
- A team player attitude that will play an important role on our Operations Team to support our 180 franchisees in all aspects of their business
- The ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines with accuracy and pride of ownership
- A goal-oriented mindset that views obstacles as growth opportunities
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including prioritization and follow-through
- Facility service experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook) and computer operations
- Must have reliable transportation
Compensation:
- A compensation package that includes a base salary in the range of $50 - 60K, with potential of $70K from monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities that reward achievement towards business growth and other performance-based objectives, as well as auto reimbursement.
