Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for code developing, testing for Salesforce.com software applications, and monitor the operation of assigned programs and respond to problems by diagnosing and correcting errors in logic and coding.
- Write classes, follow best code practices, and ensure proper code coverage, and perform data migration related activities, which includes cleansing, scrubbing, data dictionary work, de-duping, and mapping.
- Provide technical advice, and support to end users, including but not limited to creating ad-hoc reports, data analysis and correction, training and problem solving.
- Work on complex programs under the direction of higher-level staff or supervisor, perform unit testing on the application after the code is developed, and coordinate with other project team members including PMs, developers, analysts, and application testers.
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering or closely related field, OR
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or closely related field; AND 5 years of experience in the offered position or equivalent Unanticipated nationwide travel/relocation required
