Job Responsibilities :
Assists and advocates for client with activities of daily living, including : Eating, Transportation to activities and programs, enjoy time together outside as needed, Provide safety, oversight and supervision of clients to ensure their care is being done.
Is responsible, respectful and cooperative with patients / families, supervisors, fellow employees
Maintains friendly working atmosphere
Maintains appropriate attitude
Maintains appropriate appearance
Accepts constructive criticism as evidenced by appropriate changes in behavior
Utilizes established channels of communication daily
Recognizes limitations and seeks assistance appropriately
Qualifications :
Must be fully vaccinated against Covid19
Meets NYS health requirements
Recent physical & record of immunizations
Two References
Positive and compassionate attitude
Drivers License or reliable transportation is required
License / Certification :
HHA OR PCA or Companion Care Experience a Plus!
