Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Engineer at Janco Electronics Inc. The Junior Engineer will be responsible for assisting in electronic assembly, testing, and inspection processes. Day-to-day tasks include working on RF, in-circuit, flying probe, and functional testing, as well as X-Ray and AOI inspection to meet customer quality metrics.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of electronic assembly processes and testing procedures
- Experience with RF, in-circuit, flying probe, and functional testing
- Familiarity with X-Ray and AOI inspection techniques
- Understanding of industry standards such as J-STD 001 and IPC 610 Tier II & III
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Certifications in electronics manufacturing or testing are a plus
