We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships and driving revenue growth. you will work closely with the President to identify prospects, understand client needs and offer tailored solutions the align with the company's products and services.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Address client inquires, concerns and objections in a timely and professional manner.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and research potential clients within target market.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales leads.
- Reach out to prospects via cold calls, email and networking events.
- Sales Presentation and Demos:
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Highlight the features, benefits and value of the company's offerings.
- Customize proposals and solutions based on client needs and requirements.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to close sales deals
- Work with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly claes targets and KPI's
- Sales Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and client interactions
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management
- Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors and market conditions
- Use insights to refine sales strategies and stay ahead of competition
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales
