What are the responsibilities and job description for the Level 1 Laborer Packer (2nd Shift) position at Janco, Inc.?
Job Type: Full-time Monday thru Friday 3:30pm to 11pm
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Follow Quality rules for proper gowning, cleaning, or other tasks.
- Review and Understand Build Sheets/ Work Instructions.
- Picking/ Part Inspection
- Using tools such as a regrind, trimmer, Hudson clicker, or Blank Cutter.
- Label and Pack orders per customer specification
- This is not a comprehensive list of duties and other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Use manual pallet jack to bring completed pallets from packing area to shipping.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Exceptional Attention to detail
- Able to follow and understand Quality Management Objectives and Good Manufacturing Procedures
- Drug Screen and Proof of Employment Authorization Required
- Must be able to stand for long periods. Job requires employees to be able to lift 45lbs occasionally and 25lbs regularly.
- The position involves being on your feet, and full range of motion, bending, reaching, and lifting.
Salary : $15 - $16
