Quality Inspector/ Technician needed for our ISO 13485, ISO 14644-1, FDA REGISTERED Cleanroom manufacturing, assembly and packaging services performed in our class 7 and class 8 ISO certified cleanrooms.
Job Type: Full-time Monday thru Friday 7am to 330pm

Do you have good attention to detail? Then this job is for you! We need a quality inspector to review incoming materials, tools, and perform tests, and reviews on products and parts produced. Not a whole lot of heavy lifting, but lots of busy work and some computer work required for this job. The position involves being on your feet for the whole shift, and full range of motion to bend, reach, and lift.
Responsibilities:
- Inspection of Raw Materials
- Check-in Tooling
- Ensure Quarantine & Placement of non-conforming products
- Create/ Complete First Article Inspections and Waivers
- Maintain records for inspection / reference
- Prepare Certificates of Conformance
- Complete Dock Audits, Bust & Peel Testing, and Collect Retains for First Article, etc.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Exceptional Attention to detail
- Able to follow and understand Quality Management Objectives and Good Manufacturing Procedures
- Ability to review and understand QMS procedures, protocols and instructions
- Knowledge of Measurement tools and equipment, and QC Lab requirements
- Knowledge of Sampling Plans & Tolerances, and recognizing critical tolerances and dimensions
- Drug Screen and Proof of Employment Authorization Required
- Must be able to stand for long periods. Job requires employees are able to lift 45lbs occasionally and 25lbs regularly.
Salary : $18 - $20
