Service Tech/ Retail Associate
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Resolves product or service questions by clarifying the customer’s concern, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Knowledge of maintaining, repairing and diagnosing issues for existing, or new installations of Stoves.
- Courier Parts needed to resolve customer issues.
- Serves customers by providing product and service information while resolving product and service questions.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about products and services.
- Support/ cover the store manager for vacations, absences, or other meetings that take them off site.
- Must be able to work effectively with little oversight.
- All other duties and tasks as assigned or as needed.
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- 2-3 years customer service
- Exceptional Attention to detail
- Organizational and time management skills (able to prioritize)
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Basic Computer Skills for invoicing and customer communication
- Knowledge of heating stoves and fireplaces or grills a PLUS but not required
- Must have a valid Drivers License
- Drug Screen and Proof of Employment Authorization Required
- Exceptional Attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods. Job requires employees are able to lift 45lbs occasionally and 25lbs regularly.
- Must have full range of motion to be able to get up and down, squat, kneel, climb, reach etc.
Shift:
- 8 hour shift (9am to 5pm)
- Day shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Saturday- you will generally only be scheduled for 5 days a week
- Able to be flexible with schedule as long as things are planned in advance!
Salary : $15 - $21
