Janco Ltd. provides high-quality transportation solutions to clients in the live entertainment industry. We are looking for a reliable, highly-motivated person to join our Operations Department. The ideal candidate is a self-driven person who can multi-task within a fast-paced, team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with drivers throughout the day
- Monitor drivers daily progress and take proactive steps to keep them on track
- Dispatch drivers to ensure they have the necessary information to complete assignments
- Communicate with clients and make sure applicable information is collected
- Collaborate with staff to find efficient solutions to problems
- Provide after-hours support for drivers/clients
Skills:
- Two or four year college degree
- Experience with dispatching software
- Experience with Electronic Logging Devices (ELD)
- Knowledge of Federal Hours of Service regulations
- Knowledge of mechanical terminology used by maintenance facilities
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Software Suite
