We are seeking to hire an experienced Tax Preparer / Accountant for a small office in West Deptford, New Jersey. This position would be approximately 40 hours per week in office. The appropriate candidate will have 5 or more years of experience specializing in bookkeeping on Quickbooks online and desktop, as well as individual tax preparation.

We are seeking to hire an experienced Tax Preparer / Accountant for a small office in West Deptford, New Jersey. This position would be approximately 40 hours per week in office. Qualifications:
- 5 Years Bookkeeping experience required
- Tax preparation experience 2 years minimum
- Proficient to Advanced user of QuickBooks
- Sound knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage and prioritize the workloads and demands of client’s portfolio
- Data entry of financial information. - Transaction posting on QuickBooks, Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger Adjusting entries, Sales tax Calculations and filings
- Engage with clients to obtain information, scheduled appointments, and collect source documents
- Assist in preparing documents for tax preparation
- Small office with casual work environment
- Season work schedule
- January to April 5-6 days
- June to December 4 days, 40 hour week
- In-office position - Equipment and Software provided
- Paid time off available
