Jane Staples State Farm agency seeks a Bilingual (Spanish) Insurance Account Representative with sales and customer service skills.
Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right personality and skills.

Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish Required
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
