About Us:
Jane Win Jewelry is a boutique jewelry line based in Pennsylvania, creating coin jewelry and charms with meaning. We distribute our products directly to consumers through our website, traditional wholesale channels, and regional pop-ups.
We market heavily online through digital advertising and social media. Our goal is to create beautiful jewelry pieces that connect with the wearer and provide high-touch customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing: Work closely with President and Creative Director to build marketing strategies, including goals for customer growth, frequency, and spend. Pay attention to new and returning customer goals.
- Manage marketing calendars: email, social media posts, advertising, influencer, and press outreach.
- Digital advertising is a significant marketing expense. Work with leadership to understand the digital marketing landscape and develop programs for our advertising agency to support sales and email list growth.
- Manage email marketing with leadership (calendar, design, segmentation). Develop programs to build the email list.
- Work closely with the Creative Director on all content creation. Organize photo shoots: product shots, laydowns, and model shots. Organize content and work with graphic designers to expand and elevate content development capabilities.
- Social Media: Build audience by developing stories and posts designed to enhance current audiences and attract new followers.
- Manage the Marketing Senior Associate.
- Assist in Jane Win Customer Service, working with Fulfillment to ensure consumer messaging is on-brand. Help develop tools to delight and retain customers through customer service.
- Continue to develop skills in CRM for the company and identify consumer segments with potential for high lifetime value. Develop consumer retention campaigns.
- Plan, design, and execute direct mail campaigns.
- Manage collaborations with brands and individuals to elevate the brand and bring new customers onto our list.
- Organize influencer and press outreach and follow-up. Work closely with leadership and outside PR agency. Create tools to support this effort (line sheets, press pitches, etc.).
- Evaluate strategy and goals for our affiliate program.
- Oversee Jane Win gifting to influencers and 'friends' of the brand.
- Report weekly, monthly, and yearly on marketing efforts.
Distribution:
- Understand all aspects of DTC business: website and social sales channels.
- Attend trunk shows and pop-ups as needed.
- Create marketing materials for the distribution pillar (wholesale line sheets and DTC shipping marketing opportunities).
- Pick and pack DTC orders as needed.
Office Management:
- Assist in organizing a fun and cool office environment.
- Represent the brand to visitors at the showroom.
- Lead in establishing core values and culture for the company.
