- Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and provide accurate information to clients.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Assist with insurance verification and billing procedures.
- Handle clerical duties such as typing, data entry, and correspondence management.
- Provide support to other staff members as needed, acting as a personal assistant when required.
