Janek Property Management seeks a Condominium Property Manager for a full-time position in Franklin, MA, US. The chosen candidate will act as the main link between the condominium's Board of Trustees and the management company. Responsibilities include overseeing and guiding all activities for the assigned association. The ideal candidate will engage with the condominium's Board of Trustees, unit owners, and association contractors. Responsibilities :
- Ability to draft an annual budget, read monthly financial reports, and explain delinquency procedures and reports.
- Perform site inspections of the property and submit findings in monthly management reports.
- Process, approve, and code all vendor invoices for payment in a timely manner.
- Monitor all contractors working on the properties. Monitor the work of contractors to ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Prepare monthly written management reports indicating written recommendations to the Boards of Trustees on all aspects of the community business including, but not limited to, financial position, physical appearance, administrative issues, and resident relations.
- Attend and participate in monthly Board of Trustees meetings (usually in the evening, 1 to 2 days per week), Annual Meetings, and any other meetings as needed.
- Respond to concerns of community residents within that community's policy parameters.
- Keep the Boards and Management appraised of all unusual problems or situations.
- Enforce all Rules & Regulations as well as other Governing Documents according to community policy. Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of condominium property management experience.
- Knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Experience with property management / accounting software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to understand and explain community Governing Documents.
- Exceptional presence and leadership skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with a polished, professional, and friendly demeanor are necessary.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills are required.
- EXCELLENT writing skills are mandatory. Compensation : $85,000
