As a CAD Technician, you'll use specialized software to assist in designing and drafting detailed plans for land surveying projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed CAD drawings and plans for land surveying projects.
- Collaborate with surveyors and project managers to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
- Learn and apply industry standards and best practices in CAD drafting.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Conduct and verify research for assigned projects.
- Perform field and office calculations.
- Interpret and understand survey drawings, legal descriptions, deeds, and other related documents.
- Perform quality control checks on survey drawings.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
