- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness in commercial spaces according to established protocols.
- Respond promptly to customer requests and inquiries with excellent customer service skills.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Experience in custodial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques for various surfaces.
- Experience in commercial cleaning environments is beneficial.
