Quality Control Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality control and assurance, with experience in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, HACCP, and FDA regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our products and ensuring that all manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the quality control team to ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the production process.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and policies in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, HACCP, and FDA regulations.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with established standards.
• Analyze data from quality inspections to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and effectively.
• Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices to foster a culture of quality within the organization.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, inspection results, and compliance status for management review
• Janitorial Experience- You will be responsible for cleaning and inspecting

Skills

• Strong understanding and knowledge of company policies.
• Proficient in quality control methods of Qc/QA and customer satisfactions.
• Ability to analyze data effectively to drive decision-making.
• Experience in conducting quality inspections in the janitorial field.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership abilities to manage a team effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• No weekends
• On call
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:
