We are looking for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, efficient and an excellent communicator. Previous experience in a chiropractic office is appreciated but not required. This is a customer service oriented practice and a willingness to go the extra mile for our clients is a must.

Chiropractic Assistant helps set up appointments, answers the phone, keeps patient records, and facilitates payments at a chiropractic office. He or she works and assists chiropractor with therapies and act as the go-between to help manage an efficient flow of patients to maximize staff time during office hours.
Chiropractic assistants serves as the “face” of the chiropractic office and should cheerfully greet each person arriving for an appointment and ensure that any delays or waiting time to see the chiropractor is communicated in a positive and patient-friendly manner.
The chiropractic assistant also helps keep records updated of patient visits and must have that information organized in a manner that allows the chiropractor to easily access this data. In part because many chiropractic services are generally not covered by insurance companies, the assistant is expected to process payments for patients as necessary.
