Job Summary :
We are seeking an Area Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our stores in the Texas region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality services are delivered to our customers while maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor employee clock-in and clock-out procedures to ensure accurate payroll tracking
- Ensure all equipment and machinery are functioning properly, with regular maintenance and upkeep schedules
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure restrooms meet high standards of quality and cleanliness
- Focus on providing exceptional customer service through regular site visits, employee training, and quality assurance
- Travel to stores to meet with employees, train employees, and conduct performance evaluations
- Hire and fire employees as necessary, with support from HR
- Attend monthly meetings with store managers to discuss operations, customer feedback, and employee performance
- Resolve conflicts and address any employee concerns in a constructive and professional manner
- Manage supply chain and inventory levels, with input from store managers
- Develop and implement schedules for the floor team within each store, taking into account business needs and customer feedback
- Conduct thorough through inspections on a monthly basis to identify areas for improvement
- Submit weekly reports on store operations, employee performance, and customer feedback
- 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in janitorial or facilities services
- Proven track record of driving high-quality services, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and store managers
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to travel frequently to stores within the Texas region
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with a college degree or certification in a related field preferred
- Monday - Friday, 8 hours / day
- Regular travel to stores in the Texas region
