Job Description:

Jani-Core, LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Floor Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in floor maintenance and cleaning, including stripping and waxing floors, carpet cleaning, scrubbing, and buffing. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of client facilities by performing various floor care tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform floor cleaning tasks, including stripping, waxing, scrubbing, and buffing floors.
• Conduct carpet cleaning and maintenance activities.
• Travel to multiple sites as assigned to complete work with the floor team.
• Ensure all equipment and cleaning supplies are used effectively and safely.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies while on the job.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in floor cleaning and maintenance (stripping, waxing, carpet cleaning, scrubbing, buffing).
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to travel to different job sites as required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Excellent time management skills.
