- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Jani-Core LLC and its services
- Effectively communicate our value proposition and benefits of our cleaning solutions
- Identify client needs and qualify leads for follow-up
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Follow up with leads as needed to ensure ongoing engagement
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching potential clients
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
