Job Description :

Jani-Core LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Trash Technician to join our evening cleaning team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees, customers, and the surrounding community.

Responsibilities :

• Collect trash and recyclables from designated areas and empty into designated receptacles.
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of daily trash collection and removal tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including storage of equipment and supplies.
• Operate equipment such as trash cans, dollies, and other machinery as required.
• Follow proper waste disposal procedures and protocols.
• Respond to and resolve any trash-related issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and ensure a smooth operation.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) for extended periods.
• Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment for 4 hours per day.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues.
• Reliable and punctual attendance is a must.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions from management.
• Basic knowledge of waste management and disposal procedures.
