Job Title: Regional Assistant & Inside Sales Representative
Overview: Jani-King International, the global leader in the $100 billion commercial cleaning industry, is seeking a dynamic Regional Assistant & Sales support to join our regional office in Pittsburgh. This hybrid role blends accounting support, administrative duties, and sales support to help drive business growth while ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Accounting & Administrative Support:
o Assist with accounts receivable, new customer account setup, and billing (invoicing).
o Handle customer complaints, file maintenance, and check franchisee reports.
o Perform cash application tasks (ACH, credit card processing) and collections follow-ups.
o Support the Regional Director by managing schedules, organizing documents, and acting as a liaison between the office and other teams.
o Manage office supplies and assist in other administrative tasks as needed.
· Inside Sales & Prospecting:
o Serve as the front-line voice for initiating sales meetings with new and existing clients.
o Research, prospect, and generate leads through outgoing phone calls.
o Coordinate and schedule initial sales visits for the sales team.
o Build and maintain relationships with businesses and decision-makers in various industries.
o Assist with sales calls and follow-up communication to drive sales growth.
o Contribute to a positive work atmosphere with professional interactions and team collaboration.
Qualifications:
· 2 years of experience in a similar position (accounting, administrative support, or inside sales).
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Confident phone presence and the ability to communicate with businesses and business leaders.
· Experience in accounts receivable, collections, and customer service.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong computer skills.
· Ability to think independently, take initiative, and maintain a go-getter attitude.
· Detail-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
· Sales experience or a sales-focused mindset is a plus.
