Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and deliver effective sales presentations using marketing materials and techniques.
- Generate new business through targeted sales and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct solution-based presentations to local businesses, leading to measurable outcomes.
- Client Interaction:
- Set and run appointments with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain a book of business through cold calling, meetings, and presentations.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through ongoing client relations.
- Reporting and Planning:
- Prepare proposals and confirm details with clients.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports and forecasts.
- Performance:
- Meet established call averages and sales performance expectations.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of outside sales experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation.
- Strong understanding of client and market dynamics.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
- Financial and general business acumen.
- Self-starter with limited supervision.
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
- Existing client base is a plus.

Compensation Package:
- Commission:
- 20% for accounts generating $0 - $4,499.99.
- 40% for accounts generating $4,500 and above.
- Bonuses:
- $500 for $6,000 in contract billing.
- $750 for $7,500 in contract billing.
- $1,000 for $10,000 in contract billing.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Work Location:
In-person at Omaha, NE. A company vehicle will be provided for sales appointments, so candidates must have the ability to drive to work.
