We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Carry out industrial cleaning duties in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in custodial tasks across commercial and residential properties as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and sanitizing surfaces.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling according to environmental guidelines.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and maintenance is a plus.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and equipment is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
