Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with a focus on both commercial and residential spaces.

Duties

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
• Carry out custodial tasks including restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, hallways, and entrances to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support industrial cleaning efforts as required, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
