Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversight of daily operations in a medical practice setting.
- Management of staff, resources, and processes.
- Scheduling management and handling patient inquiries.
- Cordination with healthcare providers.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Maintenance of high standards of patient care and service.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing medical practice operations and staff.
- Strong understanding of compliance and healthcare regulations.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and accounting.
- Experience with claim follow up, A/R.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare practice or facility management role is highly beneficial.
About You:
- Ability to work closely with administrators in daily operations.
- Supervision of front desk staff and clinical staff.
- Assistance with staff scheduling and clinic flow.
- Coach, hire and fire staff as needed.
- Implementation and enforcement of practice policies and procedures.
- Maintenance of office equipment.
- Ability to react calmly and effectively in all situations.
- Familiarity with claims processing and billing.
- Work with IT service provider to resolve system/computer issues as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of managerial/supervisory experience in a medical office setting.
- Excellent understanding of physician reimbursement and applicable external rules and regulations.
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and EHR.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and be extremely organized.
