Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 5 years in the Industrial Rental Industry and possess exceptional operational and management skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations of our restrooms, trailers, and shower trailers.
- Coordinate logistics for delivery, setup, maintenance, and pick-up of rental units.
- Ensure all rental units meet company standards for cleanliness, functionality, and safety.
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Industrial Rental Industry.
- Proven experience in operations management and logistics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
