We are seeking a reliable and organized Cleaning Team Supervisor to oversee and lead a team of cleaning specialists responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of industrial and office spaces. The Cleaning Supervisor will report directly to the Account Manager, ensuring that cleaning tasks are completed on schedule and to a high standard, while maintaining strict confidentiality when working with clients in sensitive industries such as finance and healthcare. Key Responsibilities : Supervise and manage a team of cleaning specialists, providing direction and support to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. Report directly to the Account Manager regarding team performance, cleaning schedules, client feedback, and any issues or concerns that arise. Ensure the team adheres to cleaning schedules and protocols, making adjustments as needed to meet client expectations and business needs. Conduct regular inspections of client sites to ensure quality standards are maintained, and communicate findings to the Account Manager. Monitor cleaning tasks to ensure compliance with safety and confidentiality requirements, particularly in environments handling sensitive financial or medical data. Provide training and guidance to new and existing cleaning team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and the proper use of cleaning equipment. Assist in scheduling cleaning staff and adjusting schedules as needed to accommodate client needs and ensure optimal coverage. Maintain open communication with the Account Manager, reporting on staffing levels, inventory needs, client satisfaction, and any areas requiring improvement. Address any client-specific requests or concerns related to cleaning, escalating issues to the Account Manager as necessary. Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring the team has the resources needed to perform their duties efficiently. Ensure that all cleaning staff maintain a professional appearance and conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company standards. Help resolve operational issues within the team and provide solutions to improve overall service quality. Qualifications : Proven experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facility management industry, preferably in industrial or office environments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills to effectively report to the Account Manager and interact with clients and staff. Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive client data, especially in financial and medical sectors. Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel between client locations as needed. Must pass a background check.
