Janitorial Excellence is a cleaning company providing janitorial, floor care, carpet cleaning, maintenance, and staffing throughout eastern WA. We are aggressively growing and are looking for people that will grow with the company. We are looking for a Janitorial Supervisor that has leadership experience, is self-motivated, willing to be hands-on, able to develop their employees, and willing to travel.
As the Janitorial Supervisor, you will be in a working lead position, you will assign, lead, train, and assist crew members in daily custodial, floor care, carpet cleaning, etc. Successful candidates for this position bring a positive attitude and can demonstrate effective training and communication skills.
This position will require part of the shift cleaning and the other part supervising. Working knowledge of janitorial experience in office cleaning, floor care, window cleaning and carpet cleaning is desired but not required.
A valid driver’s license is required.
