Overview
We are seeking a part time dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our janitorial services meet the highest quality standards. You will play a critical part in maintaining quality systems, conducting audits (inspections), and implementing quality control measures to enhance our janitorial service production processes.
This is a high paced role that requires reliable transportation a valid State drivers license and current car insurance.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, using Google keeps application.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures in alignment with janitorial contracts specifications.
- Collaborate with multi tenants and or property managements groups as well with building engineers
- Monitor building consumables and equipment.
- Document findings, prepare reports, and present data on quality to management.
- Train staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices to foster a culture of quality within the organization.
Experience
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a custodial environment.
- Familiarity with operations of a smart phone or similar device.
- Knowledge of categorizing and or prioritizing work load and applying principles, and quality audit processes is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
